DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Unless you have selected to change your delivery method, all orders will be shipped via Royal Mail untracked delivery service. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed to you via email to the email address you have provided. Please note that the times stated in the email are only estimates and not guaranteed times.
You will receive anther email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you have not received your order within 2 working days, please contact our customer support team.

We want your experience with Voke to be as hassle free as possible, which is why we aim to dispatch a replacement product the same day that you contact us. However, in rare occasions we may need to inspect the product prior to sending out a replacement to understand more about how it was damaged.

You have certain legal rights to cancel and return your Voke order within 30 days of receiving the goods. If you would like to cancel and return your order, please follow the steps below:

Our team will then get in touch shortly after to explain how we can replace your product or provide you with a refund.
Please note, all products must be returned in the condition in which you received them. This includes keeping all protective cellophane wrappings in place. You will lose the right to return a product if you remove the cellophane wrapping or any seals which need to be kept in place for health and hygiene reasons.
